1. Who you are contracting with
The Service is provided by Sara Soltani (trading as hairbysoltani) ("we", "us"). By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The product
We sell a downloadable digital ebook, The Soltani Method — 20 Signature Hairstyles, plus any updates we release for it. Access is granted to the individual purchaser under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. You must be at least the age of majority in your country to purchase.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it unlawfully, engaging in fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping), reverse engineering, redistributing or reselling the ebook, or removing any notices or watermarks.
4. Intellectual property
All content in the ebook and on this site — including text, images, layouts, and branding — is owned by Sara Soltani and protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are transferred to you other than the personal-use licence in section 2.
5. Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
6. Service level and warranties
We aim to keep the Service available and the ebook accessible, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, present a security risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sara Soltani is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
