How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with.
2. Select the transaction and choose "Request a refund".
3. Or reply to your Paddle order confirmation email — Paddle handles all customer service and refund enquiries on our behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.
